  • We recommend a clear space of approximately 10' × 10' for the best 360 experience. This allows enough room for the platform, rotating camera arm, lighting and our booth host to operate safely. If you're working with a smaller space, contact us and we'll help determine whether your venue can accommodate the setup.

  • Our booth can hold up to six persons. The number of guests allowed on the platform at one time depends on the size and weight capacity of our 360 booth. For the best experience and video quality, our booth host will guide guests on how many people can safely participate at once.

  • Yes! Every 360 photo booth experience includes a dedicated booth host. Your host manages the booth, helps guests get comfortable, keeps the experience moving and makes sure everyone has a great time.

  • Guests can view and share their finished 360 videos digitally after their experience. Videos can be sent directly to their phones for easy downloading and social sharing, subject to available internet or cellular connectivity at the venue.

  • Absolutely. Your 360 videos can include a custom-designed overlay created to complement your event's theme, colors or branding. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events and other celebrations can all receive a personalized look.

  • Yes. Corporate events can incorporate company logos and branding into the 360 video experience as an upgrade. This makes the booth especially useful for company celebrations, grand openings, activations, fundraisers and other branded events.

  • Yes, depending on the event location, weather and setup conditions. The booth requires a safe, level surface and access to appropriate power. Because the equipment is electronic, outdoor setups may need additional protection from rain, excessive wind or other weather conditions.

  • We arrive before your scheduled service time to complete setup and testing so the booth is ready when your experience begins. Setup and breakdown are handled by the AdCole Events team and do not reduce your booked booth time.

  • AdCole Events provides 360 photo booth rentals throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida areas. Events outside our standard service area may also be accommodated and could include an additional travel fee.
